Una de las canciones más oscuras del "poet of gloom", y tiene unas cuantas, es esta Everybody knows:



La música de Kevin Johansen, prácticamente en las antípodas de la de Cohen, comparte sin embargo con ella ese toque irónico que yo tanto agradezco. Por ejemplo, en su homenaje "al maestro Leonard Cohen"que he escuchado esta mañana (no encuentro vídeo ni audio que incrustar aquí, así que pongo el enlace a Spotify):
